THE SECRET REVEALS– Polysilazane makes the difference!
Binders in our nano-ceramic protective coatings make such a difference. Rely on top performance from our organic Polysilazanes, better known as 3D Matrix technology, and our inorganic Polysilazanes.
What Are Polysilazanes?
Polysilazanes are polymers consisting of silicon, nitrogen, hydrogen and, in the case of Organopolysilazanes. Such polymers can be considered either Organic (Organopolysilazanes) or Inorganic (Perhydropolysilazanes) in nature and have both silicon and nitrogen atoms in their backbone. Polysilazane-based coatings are modified to make protective layer of:
- Hydrophobic coatings – water contact angle can be up to 120 degrees with Organic Polysilazane Resins (OPSZ).
- Hydrophilic coatings – water contact angle smaller than 10 degrees with Perhydropolysilazanes Resins (PHPS)

Preserves valuable surfaces against aging and discoloration caused by the detrimental impact of UV radiation.
COMPARISON
SILICONE BASED COATING
Most competitors use Silicone (Siloxane/ Polysiloxane/ Polydimethylsiloxane) based formulation for their nano ceramic coatings or the so-called glass coating. The quality of Silicone based nano ceramic coating is based on the ratio to solvents diluted. However, they all limited to improvement in terms of bonding with the substrates. Even when the pure content of Silicone in their nano ceramic coatings is more than 90%, the bonding strength is still weak since inorganic Silicone based nano ceramic coating had to be bound with organic painted surface.
Silicone based nano ceramic coating creates an additional hard layer of quartz/glass-like silicone dioxide (SiO2) which lays on top of substrates; only acts as a sacrificial layer on the surface without excellent covalent bond.
Other than improving the hydrophobic effect, it does not offer good performance like durability, heat, chemical, scratch resistance, graffiti and stain resistance. Although they are very cost effective, but its efficiency will decrease significantly over the time.
POLYSILAZANE BASED COATING
Polysilazanes are well-known for their high temperature and oxidation stability; excellent scratch, abrasion and impact resistance; high hardness (above 9H); and high resistance to weathering and many chemicals. Most or all of these properties are superior to those of Polysiloxanes. Polysilazanes have also outstanding non-stick and easy clean properties which are almost as as good as those of Fluoropolymers (PTFE).
However, the development effort for the use of Polysilazanes by most competitors has been severely limited by its relatively high price and by lack of availability. Thankfully, AUTOTRIZ is one of the few companies which has stable supply of Polysilazanes.
Nevertheless, Polysilazanes are proven by scientists and nano technologist to be more competitive products compared to Silicone based coatings.
HOW IT WORKS?
WASHING & DETAILING
AutoTriz Shampoo & Chemicals are used to remove all types of contamination such as Dirt Sediments, Road Tar, Hard Water, Bird droppings etc, from all the surfaces. The engine bay & alloy wheels are also deeply cleaned with special cleaners. A special Germ-Free & Steam Treatment is also done for Bikes & Interiors of the Car.
PAINT CORRECTION & POLISHING
Our experienced detailing expert then does Intense Paint Correction process which eliminates Oxidation, Minor Scratches & Swirl Marks. Later polishing is done to retain the Shine & Gloss on the paint surface. IPA is used to remove oily residues of polish to prepare the surfaces for Ceramic Coating application.
CERAMIC COATING APPLICATION
AutoTriz Ceramic Coatings are applied by well trained applicators with years of experience in this process. Our wider range of coatings ensure 360° protection on all surfaces such as Paint, Plastic, Wheels, Glasses & Leather. We also offer ceramic protection for PPF & Wrap installed surfaces.
IR CURING
We ensure that our coating applications come out smooth and clean by using an Infrared Curing Lamp. This tool helps to expedite the curing process by adding heat to concentrated areas of the vehicle’s surfaces, allowing the coating to harden quicker before delivery of the vehicle.
